USAPA (All ages) membership is required to play in this tournament.

Here is the TENTATIVE Schedule of Events:

Thursday, Aug 1, 2019: Clinics, Product Demos, Practice, and Meet and Greet Party

Friday, Aug 2, 2019: Men’s Doubles and Women’s Singles

Saturday, Aug 3, 2019: Mixed Doubles

Sunday, Aug 4, 2019: Women’s Doubles and Men’s Singles

Play starts at 8:00am each day. Check-in time is 7:30am each day.

Practice courts will be available Thursday afternoon, Aug 1, 2019.

Note: Brackets will be limited to 12 doubles teams or 12 singles, make sure you sign up early!

Skill Level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0+

Age Groups Juniors, 19+, 35+, 50+, 55+, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

All Events will be combined Skill/Age subject to sufficient entries

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration opens Tuesday, April 2, 2019. Register as soon as possible as last year several brackets filled up and we had to limit registrations.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED AND PAID by Tuesday, July 23, 2019.

PRICING – REGISTRATION, EVENT, AND CLUB DISCOUNTS:

$65 – Base Registration Fee, Player Bag, Tournament Shirt, Meet and Greet Event, and Referee Fee Note: $15 of the Registration Fee is used to pay referees. Event fees are not included. Players wanting to recoup part or all of their Registration Fee may referee at $5 per match.

$5 – Each Event

-$5 – SouthWest Metro Pickleball Club DISCOUNT

The Meet and Greet Social Event, with great prizes, will be at LifeTime Fitness in Lakeville, MN. There will be Pickleball Clinics (Start Times TBD), Product Demonstrations, and then the Meet & Greet Kick-off Celebration at 6:00pm.
